Written, contractually binding quality plan. Material sampling and validation prior to installation. Surprise inspections. Acceptance testing (waterproofing, acoustic, electrical). Phase-by-phase acceptance, never bulk handover.
Every control is documented. The principal receives, at mission close, a complete and indexed As-Built file, usable throughout the building's life.
Natural stone, marble, solid timber, noble metals, European joinery, premium fittings. Our role is not to impose a material but to guarantee its installation in line with manufacturer standards.
